Booking Terms

All bookings must be made by individuals who are over 18.

 

Insurance

Your holiday maybe subject to cancellation charges.
It is advisable to take out an insurance policy to cover against cancellation of your holiday. See the scale of charges below.

Booking Conditions

The amount of £100 deposit, once paid will confirm your booking, and is non refundable in the event of your cancellation.
Full balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your stay. If your booking starts within 4 weeks you will be contacted by the accommodation provider to request full payment
On payment of your deposit you will be sent an email or letter of confirmation of your booking, please check all details are correct. Contact us if details are incorrect.
The outstanding balance and due date which is 4 weeks prior to arrival date will be sent to you via email or post.
Please note that late payment of the balance may result in your accommodation being rebooked without any monies refunded.
A REMINDER WILL NOT BE SENT.
Your booking is subject to the following scale of cancellation charges
Deposits are non refundable
29 - 15 days 75% of holiday cost
within 14 days 100% of holiday cost
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and signed by the person whom made the booking.
Sometimes events happen outside of our control and it maybe in the best interest to change or cancel your holiday arrangements. In the event that it is necessary for us to make a cancellation all money paid will be returned. If we are able to relet the property at short notice, following a cancellation, we will refund the holiday cost.

The keys for your accommodation will be given to you when you check in at Manor Farm after 4pm on day of arrival, and should be returned to Manor farm on the morning of your departure.
All prices include bed linen and towels (for stated no. of persons on booking form ) and electric ( no meters), and central heating during winter months.
A Bath sheet, towel and Hand towel will be issued for each person stated in the party.

Checking in times are after 4pm on day of arrival at Manor Farm. Prior arrangements can be made outside of these times.
Accommodation must be vacated before 10.00am on day of departure.
 

Conditions

All accommodation is Non Smoking, no candles/naked flames and Pets are not permitted.

All damages and loss of towels will be charged to guests at the following rate, Bath Sheet (£10), Bath Towel(£8), Hand Towel(£6),

Checking in times after 4pm on day of arrival to our farm. Prior arrangements can be made outside of these times.

Accommodation must be vacated before 10.00am on day of departure.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage, including theft, to the person or property of the hirer or members of their party during the term of letting.

The proprietors reserve the right to charge for any damage to property or contents and for any excess cleaning that is required following your stay.

Bow Barns are situated on a working farm and we respectfully request that guests do not enter the farm yard or farm buildings without prior permission. This is for your safety and the safety and security of our livestock.
